Cornerstone Civil Engineering Journal (CCEJ) does not charge authors any submission fee, article processing charge, publication fee, or other publication-related fee.

All publication services are provided free of charge.

Authors are not required to pay any fees at any stage of the publication process, including:

• Manuscript submission;
• Editorial screening;
• Peer review;
• Article processing;
• Publication;
• Online access to published articles.

CCEJ is committed to supporting the dissemination of scientific knowledge without imposing financial barriers on authors.
